Yes, there is a total weight percentage quality check in the HPD Builder. We like to think of this as a stoplight where you get a "red light" if the products total weight percetage is between 0-70% or over 121%. A "yellow light" is given if the total weight percentage is between 71-89% or between 111%-120%. A "green light" is given if the sweet spot of between 90-110% is calculated.
A "red light" makes it so you are unable to publish an HPD.
A "yellow light" allows a user to publish the HPD, but must sign an attestation that verified the content inventory is correct.
A "green light" allows a user to publish the HPD.
