The HPD PreCheck is a feature within the Material Health ToolSuite™, aimed at streamlining the evaluation of building materials based on chemical hazards assessment criteria. This tool is designed to assist professionals in quickly determining if a product is aligned with the material health requirements for a given program or project through the evaluation of the data reported on the Health Product Declaration.
The HPD PreCheck is integrated into the HPD Dashboards in the HPD Public Repository and HPD Builder, allowing project teams to find the right products for their projects, simplifying the decision-making process for selecting healthier building products. It also supports manufacturers on communicating about their products' alignment with other material health certifications and organizations' criteria.
