"HPD" is an abbreviation for "Health Product Declaration." This term is used to refer to two things:
- The Health Product Declaration® (HPD) Open Standard
- A completed report that complies with the HPD Open Standard, and described a product used in the built environment
The Health Product Declaration (HPD) Open Standard consists of a defined Format and Instructions for reporting about the contents of building products along with the associated health and other related information. The Standard is maintained by the Health Product Declaration Collaborative (HPDC), a member organization that is the sponsor the Standard. Version 2.0 of the HPD Open Standard was released in September 2015.

Complete HPDs are created by product companies and manufacturers of products used in the built environment. HPDC provides an automated tool to assist product companies in creating HPDs.
