Special Conditions policies (learn more about Special Conditions here) are developed and updated by HPDC on an ongoing basis. In some cases, HPDC is developing Special Conditions policies, but has not issued them. Examples include policies for metal alloys, float glass, ceramics, and polymers.
In these cases, manufacturers should use the default inventory and screening methodologies described in Section 2 of the HPD Open Standard to the best of their abilities.
