HPD V2.3 is not yet available in the HPD Builder.  The HPD Open Standard documents have been publicly released, as of May 12, 2022.  However, V2.2 remains the Effective Release until the HPD Builder is updated to V2.3.  This is planned for June/July 2022.  Manufacturers who are HPDC members and/or registered HPD Builder Users will be notified one month in advance of the switchover of the Builder to V2.3.  Once the switchover takes place, newly published HPDs will be published with the V2.3 specification.
