If your product is sold by another company or privately labeled by another organization, you can share your HPD data with that second manufacturer with the support of the HPD team. Please note that when you share your HPD, you are sharing the entire record, and anything visible to you will also be visible to your customer. It is essential to protect your proprietary information before transferring the data.

To share your HPD record with another organization, please follow these steps:

  1. Protect your formulation:
    Ensure your proprietary information is protected by following the guidelines in this article:
    How to Report Proprietary Data on Your HPD
  2. Create a new record in the HPD Builder and name it:
     Product Name – Private Label Company Name (Copy)
  3. Import the product data:
     Select Import New Records at the bottom left of the page, choose the products you want to copy, and click Import.
  4. Email us:
     Once the record is ready for sharing, please email us with the product name and the contact information for the organization that is private labeling your product.
