The LEEDv5 Multi-Attribute Scoring Tool was created to help manufacturers evaluate their products’ potential contribution to LEED v5 MR Credit: Building Product Selection & Procurement (BPSP).
The Phase 1 of a three‑phase project was just released to HPD Builder users. In this initial phase, manufacturers are encouraged to upload their documentation to generate a product score. The resulting CSV file can be shared with project teams for use in LEED v5 submittals.
Phase 2, currently under development, will introduce a publishing feature that enables manufacturers to send their scores and supporting details directly to the GBCI Dashboard within the HPDC Repository.
This will make products’ multi‑attribute scores visible to project teams, GBCI reviewers, and HPDC data partners. Additionally, for products with HPDs, Phase 2 will include automatic population of certification data reported in Section 3: Compliance. We expect to complete Phase 2 by the end of April 2026.
